Hi! I’m Tia Lorraine.
I’m a floral preservationist based out of Western North Carolina and am honored to transform your special flowers into works of art.
For years, I dropped off wedding cakes, set out floral arrangements, served hors d'oeuvres, cleaned up glasses to the DJ’s mix, and trashed all the leftovers. I admired the forgotten flowers and always ended the wedding day with a few stems in hand.
When I turned thirty, I transitioned into teaching. I lasted a few years before realizing I needed to be back with all the flowers, back with all that celebration and love, but on my terms this time.
I completely immersed myself in flower preservation, and in June 2022, all the seeds I planted sprouted into Golden Preserved. Creating this art has saved me as many times as I have saved someone else’s flowers.
